Our Clients mission us as a service provider, to create following our logic their EURUSD transaction orders on the trading account that they have or will have with their financial intermediary (Bank, Broker, etc.) against our honorary only on the gains made. This account will have the equivalent of $1,000 to $0.5 million in credit and will benefit from a leverage of 30.
Our 8 safety features:
- At any time without notice or penalty, the Client can immediately end their relationship with us, this is his best guarantee.

You will see the net number of positive Pips made by our transactions with your new trading account funded with the equivalent of "$1,000" that you will open with your financial intermediary (Broker, Bank, etc.). After accepting our "YES FOR 10,000" contract for 3 weeks, we will create without fees only transactions whose positive or negative Pip value will be "≃ $1".
Example: if the orders of a transaction make 20 positive pips, you earn ≃ 20 $ and the opposite if 20 negative pips. Your account will have a leverage of 30 allowing you to validate transaction of 10,000 EURUSD. Only after this positive observation, you will be able to validate the next contract. If negative result in pips of the 3 weeks, WE WILL REFUND YOU this improbable loss. Even if you are positive in pips, you will be negative in USD by the fees of your broker on these tiny orders. Which is not the case with 1M and 10M transactions. - We do not receive or manage any of your funds and have no relationship with your "Brokers, Banks, etc." for your account.
- We cannot make any withdrawals from your trading account.
- Following your instructions as a Client: All your orders will be "Market Orders", only in "EURUSD", with "Stop Order", without "Martingale" and no orders created or positions opened 60 seconds before and after the time of the FED decision on interest rates. Your instructions match the logic of our algorithms "not to play but to work safely with minor risk for positive results EVERY DAY of the year".
07. A very progressive Pip amount of your orders:
"≃ $ 1 PIP" weeks 1 to 3 with a deposit of $ 1,000 we create transactions of "10,000 EURUSD" for 3 weeks.

"≃ $ 100 PIP" weeks 4 to 6 with a deposit of $ 100,000 we create transactions of "1 M EURUSD" for 3 weeks.
After the positive observation of weeks 1 to 3, following your new contract We will only create transactions whose value of the positive or negative Pip will be "≃ $ 100", and we will not have honorary . Example: if a transaction makes 20 positive pips you win ≃ $ 2,000 and the reverse if 20 Negative pips. Your account must be provisioned or guaranteed In accordance with your financial intermediary for the equivalent of "$ 100,000" and Benefit from a "30 lever" which will validate transactions of "1 M EURUSD".
"≃ $ 1,000 PIP" from week 7 with a deposit of $ 0.5 M we create transactions of "10 M EURUSD" in the following weeks.
After the positive observation of weeks 1 to 6, following your new contract we will only create transactions of "10 M EURUSD" whose value of the positive or negative Pip will be "≃ $ 1,000", with honorary 5 %. 08. Without honorary for the first 6 weeks:
Our honraries: 5% of the weekly gain only on

WEEKLY GAIN = result of all positive transactions of the week multiplied by 5 %.

In its capacity as service provider with the "SIC activity 70229 Management consultancy activities other than financial management", to create and validate according to our instructions the orders of FOREX transactions "EURUSD" on our trading account that we have created with our financial intermediary without any advice, assistance and incentive from "Picotin Ltd". Being expressly agreed and accepted by "Picotin Ltd" that we "Client" may terminate this mission at any time WITHOUT NOTICE OR PENALTY by simply changing our username and/or password or by any other means.

Our instructions to "Picotin Ltd":
- Each transaction for its amount will be composed of "Entry" and "Exit" order(s), composed of ONE or SEVERAL "Market Orders", of the currency pair "EURUSD" with "Stop Order" and without any "Martingale".
- Being fully aware during high market volatility that the Stop Order of a position risks being executed beyond its limit by our financial intermediary or by the market, "Picotin LTD" will not create any order opening a transaction and will not keep any active position 60 seconds before and after the time of the interest rate decision of the "FED" (Federal Reserve System- United States).
- "Picotin Ltd" will create and validate at the times of its choice and exclusively according to its logic: All transactions for purchase or sale and for the Stop Order the quantity of pip that it will set and for the amount, the one indicated and selected below, chapter "4. Our trading account".
- "Picotin Ltd" will not use any order copy system external to "Picotin Ltd".

This account has the following specificities: for the "Yes for 10,000" contract It is virgin of any transaction and may be the same trading account for the following contracts until the amount of the "Yes for 10M" contract included.

Our trading account is the same as the previous contract.
Our contract will end automatically according to paragraph "9. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT".In return, by entering in the box opposite "YES BANK TRANSFER", we expressly agree to pay the honoraries of "Picotin Ltd" at the rate of 5% plus VAT from the first gains, according to the terms of chapter 7. "HONORARIES - DEFINITION - PAYMENT".
We "Client" expressly authorize our bank to pay "Picotin Ltd" the amount of each provision of honoraries that "Picotin Ltd" will have transmitted to them, by immediate automatic transfer, the costs of which at our expense.

We "Client" prohibit ourselves for our trading account:
In order not to disrupt the orders of the transactions of "Picotin Ltd", during the duration of its mission.
- To create or delete by ourselves or by any third parties any order, any position and any transaction.
- To create or have created: any copies, duplications, communications and others, of any order and or of any transaction to any third party directly or indirectly whatever the means used, mirrors or others.
- To use any internal or external robots.
- To send any e-mails.
- And more generally any transaction or action that could harm our interests as well as the interests of "Picotin Ltd".
Honorary and Participation in return for our mission:
We expressly accept as indicated in the chapters:
"7. HONORARIES - DEFINITION - PAYMENT". The percentage, the terms of calculation and payment of the honorary of "Picotin Ltd".
"8. FLAT-RATE PARTICIPATION “PRIVATE-PUBLIC RELATIONS”. The amount and the terms of its payment.
We "Picotin Ltd" for the trading account of the "Client" indicated in chapter "4. Our trading account":
- We expressly accept that the "Client" can terminate WITHOUT NOTICE OR PENALTY at any time his relationship with us "Picotin Ltd".
- We engage our responsibility if we do not respect the conditions of this contract.
- If the result in pip is negative during the 3 weeks of the orders at "YES FOR 10,000", a check for the negative amount will be sent to you.

- We do not provide any financial advice, trading advice or other advice to the Client.
- We do not manage or administer the "Client" account at any time.
- We will not receive any capital from the "Client" account.
- We have no relationship with financial intermediaries (Brokers, Banks, etc.) on behalf of the "Client".
- We cannot make any withdrawals of money from the "Client" account.
- We expressly accept the above mission of the "Client" in return for the honorary below.
- We prohibit ourselves from using any order copying system external to "Picotin Ltd".
HONORARIES - DEFINITION - PAYMENT: On orders of transactions of the 3 weeks at "YES FOR 10 000" and "YES FOR 1M", no honorary..
On each positive transaction "YES FOR 10M" honoray of FIVE % plus VAT at the current rate. The honoraries is invoiced and paid for each positive transaction by debiting the account "Provisions payments honoraries" that the "Client" will have at "Picotin Ltd", in EURO for the "Clients" whose country indicated in the contract has the EURO as national currency and the "Clients" of other countries in US Dollar.
- HONORARIES - PAYMENT - PROVISIONS:
The "Honoraries Payment Provisions" account of each "Picotin Ltd" client will be created upon acceptance of the "YES FOR 10M" contract:
As soon as this "Honoraries Payment Provisions" account becomes debit for the equivalent of $30,000 of "Picotin Ltd" Honoraries not paid due to lack of funds following the non-call for funds by "Picotin Ltd", the latter will transmit to the "Client's" bank TWO requests for immediate automatic bank transfer at the expense of the "Client", one of $30,000 in payment of unpaid Honoraries and the other of $30,000 in Provision for the payment of Honoraries for each positive transaction to come by automatic debit of the "Honoraries Payment Provisions" account.
Each time the "Honoraries Payment Provisions" account becomes less than or equal to the equivalent of $10,000, the Client's bank account will be debited in favor of "Picotin Ltd" by the equivalent of $30,000 for Provision paiement Honoraries.
For each bank transfer request sent to the client's bank by "Picotin Ltd" you will receive at the same time by email the file "Statement Honoraries - Billing lines.pdf" in which the transfer request is indicated.
The bank account of the "Client" will have the same titles as its legal name indicated at the top of the contract as well as its LEI number.
In the event of termination of the mission provided for in paragraph "9. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT" the credit balance of the "Honoraries Payment Provisions" account will be returned to the "Client" by bank transfer at our expense to the bank account of the "Client" which provisions the Honoraries of "Picotin Ltd".We "Client" have given our bank a standing authorization to transfer $30,000 to "Picotin Ltd" for each of its requests. We expressly authorize "Picotin Ltd" to send our bank each of its transfer requests. Each transfer for "Honoraries Payment Provisions" will be immediate and its costs are our expense.
- STATEMENT HONORARIES - BILLING LINES:
With each call for a provision, you will receive at the same time by email the file "Statement of Honoraries - Billing lines.pdf" in which the call for a provision is indicated. Each line of this statement indicates the balance of the “Honoraries payment provisions” account after a positive transaction.
In the event of a possible error, please send us an email to honoraries@picotin.co.uk indicating only: your Customer Name and your LEI Number as well as the part where you think there is an error. If it is proven, you will be credited within the week by bank transfer at our expense to the bank account which provisions our Honoraries.FLAT-RATE PARTICIPATION "PRIVATE-PUBLIC RELATIONS": This participation is ONLY intended for the Client who has confirmed by e-mail under the heading of "PRIVATE-PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP" that he was introduced to "Picotin Ltd" by this "PRIVATE-PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP".
It will be due and paid to "Picotin Ltd" ONLY WHEN YOUR GAINS ARE GREATER THAN THE EQUIVALENT OF $18,000 USD, in this case only the amount of the flat rate participation will be $15,000 USD plus VAT at the current rate. It will be paid independently of your gains the week following your gains by immediate automatic bank transfer. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: The duration of this contract starts from the acceptance of the contract until the end of the mission, either:
- By the "Client" by simply changing his username and/or password or by any other means.
- Or by "Picotin Ltd" by not validating the transaction for 3 consecutive weeks.
DISPUTE: If a dispute arises between the parties, the "Client" and "Picotin Ltd" expressly accept the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of "Picotin LTD". In the event of a dispute over the interpretation of the languages of our websites and its contracts, the parties expressly accept that only the French language will prevail.
We "Picotin Ltd" having registered "YES WE ACCEPT", expressly accept without any reservation the entire contract.
