In its capacity as service provider with the "SIC activity 70229 Management consultancy activities other than financial management", to create and validate according to our instructions the orders of FOREX transactions "EURUSD" on each trading account that we will confirm to "Picotin LTD" without any advice, assistance and incentive from it. Being expressly agreed and accepted by "Picotin Ltd" that we "Client" may terminate this mission at any time WITHOUT NOTICE OR PENALTY by simply changing our username and/or password or by any other means.

Our instructions to "Picotin Ltd":
- Each transaction for its amount will be composed of "Entry" and "Exit" order(s), composed of ONE or SEVERAL "Market Orders", of the currency pair "EURUSD" with "Stop Order" and without any "Martingale".

We "Client" prohibit ourselves for our trading account:

Honorary and Participation in return for our mission:

- We do not provide any financial advice, trading advice or other advice to the Client.
- We do not manage or administer the "Client" account at any time.
- We will not receive any capital from the "Client" account.

On each positive transaction "YES FOR 10M" honoray of FIVE % plus VAT at the current rate. The honoraries is invoiced and paid at each positive transaction by debiting the account "Provisions payments honoraries" that the "Client" will have at "Picotin Ltd", in EURO for the "Clients" whose country indicated in the contract has the EURO as national currency and the "Clients" of other countries in US Dollar.
- HONORARIES - PAYMENTS - PROVISIONS:
The "Honoraries - Payment - Provisions" account of each "Picotin Ltd" client will be created upon acceptance of the "YES FOR 10M" contract:
As soon as your gains will be greater than the equivalent of $50,000 you will provision your account "Honoraries - Payments - Provisions" of the equivalent of $30,000 per MONTHLY bank transfer PERMANENT AT 25 OF EACH MONTH, these transfers will be immediate and automatic at the expense of the "client". Depending on the increase in your gains, this provision may be increased, in this case, the new amount of the next provisions will be indicated in your "Monthly Honoraries Statement - Invoicing lines".
